This clever device adds an extra layer of predicament to her shock collar challenge. Her nipples are kept under constant, unforgiving tension, making every movement risky.
Elizabeth tried her best to stay perfectly still, but that proved extremely difficult when she was being zapped at nearly the maximum level of the collar - which ranges from level 1 all the way up to 15.
