After Pamela Aeris had left, I accidentally dropped our room service tray on the bathroom floor. The plate shattered on impact and some shrapnel sliced into my bare toes. Instantly, blood began to spill. There were chunks of salmon, salad, and sharp shards of ceramic everywhere, not to mention my red life juice that continued to flow, and I was barefoot and alone. It took me a minute to come up with an approach to this problem, but slowly and methodically, I was able to clean up the mess. Baby steps, my friends.

Here is round two of this tremendous day with Diana Sedova (orange) and Victoria Minina (white). I took the pics in the stairwell before we made it to the park. I had no idea what obstacles we would encounter in public, so I figured it was a good plan. Little did I know that we would encounter all the obstacles, but the girls would give none of the fux. Yesterday, back in the States, where freedom is paramount, I was told that my three year old daughter had to wear a top to her bathing suit at the community pool. Stay free and have a killer week.

Chelsea Waltzer is pure energy. Love her, hate her, she is still going to be who she is. I could have attempted to make this a typical Zishy update when I took these photos. But when you are on a roller coaster, I have learned that it is best not to fight the experience. Feel the fear, taste it, shout right back at its face with wild enthusiasm. You_ll enjoy it better that way. As chaotic as it can be, spending time with a person like Chelsea is a gift. Most people you will forget right after you meet them. That is unlikely to happen with Chelsea. Sometimes I need a Tazmanian Devil to come around and stir shit up.

I have lived in Santa Barbara since I was a boy, breathing in the coastal air, gazing at colorful sunsets which lingered over the Pacific Ocean. I did everything right. Went to school, got a job, got married, you know, the whole number. But these days, the world seems to be caving in on itself. The decline has always been present but felt much slower earlier in my life. And now it seems to have picked up an insane momentum. I feel so empty with everything that I do. I am constantly either on edge or feebly trying to distract myself from the horrors of our reality. Yes, OUR reality. It isn_t even about me anymore. Now this is about all of us.
