Sam has no choice but to live with his bitchy stepmom Shalina whilst his dad is away on business. Shalina has no shame in telling Sam what she really thinks of him and his father. She finds them both pathetic, using the pair for her own personal gain into their wealth.

He decides to freeze Shalina throughout her day; stripping away her clothes, toying with her body and fucking her when she least expects it. Sam has his fun until he accidentally unfreezes Shalina, getting caught in the act. To his surprise, her reaction is not what he expected.

Nurse Lily stumbles into the hospital's newest employee, an old janitor who sings a strange but majestic hymn whilst mopping the floors. Striking a conversation with the janitor, Lily finds the old man intriguing as he provides her fermented herbs that restores her energy and tells fables about ancient beings known as the guardians.

Eager to know more, Nurse Lily pleads with the janitor to share more of his wisdom, to which he lures Lily into the basement of the hospital. Donning his people's robes and mask, the janitor casts an enchantment, summoning the 'guardians' he foretold.

Realising that the janitor's ancient teachings are far darker than she was led to believe, Lily tries to escape the basement, however the guardians wrap their tendrils around her and begin stripping Lily where she stands. With the guardians penetrating Lily's insides and the janitor continuing to enchant his people's prayer, Lily loses her sanity, giving her body and mind to the ancient creatures that prey on her lust.

Detective Audrey Reid arrives at the scene of a crime that has been taped off and guarded by a police officer. Nobody has entered or left the scene of the crime. The only person inside the scene is Octokuro, a controversial podcaster who has reported her studio being destroyed.

As Detective Audrey searches the crime scene whilst probing Octokuro for questions that could help her find out who committed this criminal act, Audrey finds something rather peculiar.

It's a small medical pill lying on the floor. When Octokuro sees Audrey with the pill, her behaviour changes and she begins to act more suspicious than Audrey had expected. Doubting Octokuro's story, Detective Audrey attempts to place her under arrest, only for Octokuro to steal the pill and swallow it.

Audrey witnesses Octokuro transform into something else, a devious and sex-driven form of what she once was, turned into a crazy futanari that has her eyes set on the detective. This crime has unfolded into a far more unnatural case than Audrey could have possibly imagined.

Shalina is walking home at night nonchalantly when all of a sudden a car pulls up next to her. Two men exit the car and drag the screaming Shalina inside, abducting the woman off the street.She finds herself being sat in a dark living room with her abductees and a woman in black smoking a cigarette.

The woman asks if Shalina recognises her or where she is, to which Shalina claims to not know anything, begging to go home.The woman reveals her identity as Clemence, the director of a secret agent program that alters women's minds and bodies into a superior state for more effective missions. After asking her subordinates to leave, Clemence decides to activate Shalina's trigger, transforming the frightened woman into her superior form.

Pleased to see the trigger working as intended, Clemence gets overwhelmed with sexual thoughts when looking at her brainwashed agent, using her control over Shalina to have sex with her. Doing as instructed, Shalina satisfies her director's list before returning back to her average life, unaware of what has happened.

It's late at night and Sam is winding down by watching some tv. That is until there's a knock at his door. At first he tries to ignore it but after the knocking annoyingly persists, Sam gives in and walks to his front door. He opens it to find Clemence, Sam's landlady, stepping into the property for a surprise inspection.

Despite her rude behaviour, Sam behaves as best as he can whilst Clemence checks the living space. Satisfied with Sam's care of the place, Clemence decides to check one last room; the attic.Upon seeing the state of the attic, Clemence attempts to evict Sam. With his patience finally broken, Sam uses a remote device that freezes Clemence in place, allowing Sam to do whatever he wishes to her.

Despite hating her personality, Sam can't help but give in to his attraction of Clemence's body, stripping away her clothes and fucking his frozen landlady in the attic.

Whilst Professor Clemence is working on her latest project, one of her subordinates enters her lab. The young man hands Clemence a bundle of files before attempting to leave her lab, only to come face to face with Sofia.The young man jumps in shock. Sofia stands there naked and in stasis with multiple tubes and wires connected to her exposed skin.

Clemence reveals to the young man that Sofia is her latest project.Recognising Sofia as a police officer that lived in his neighbourhood, the young man realises that Clemence has captured this poor woman, experimented on her and turned her into a mindless lab rat.Now knowing what kind of monster Clemence is, the subordinate frees Sofia from her stasis and runs out of the lab.

Clemence tries to escape but the young man has locked the lab down. Clemence must now deal with the consequences of the monster she created.
