In order to use cheats, you need to open the console. In games on ren'py, the console opens the same way:
Go to Four_Elements_Trainer_v.0.6.04d \ renpy \ common and open the 00console file with a text editor. Find the line # If true, the console is enabled despite config.developer being False.
config.console = False and change False to True. Save the changes.
In the game, press Shift + O and drive the commands money + = 2000 (for the Water book) fmoney + = 2000 (for the Fire book).
