After attempting to off himself by eating soap in prison, Lawrence is told to explain why he killed all “those people”. The rest of the film is told in typical flashback-from-prison fashion, with William Ho as warden and usel! What follows is a series of quite entertaining peeping incidents and Lawrence indiscriminately killing babies with a ballhammer/r@ping mothers with a stick(?). At the same time we are shown the policemen’s truly inane attempts at solving the r@pe/murder cases.
