The visual pratfalls are numerous, and even during the sex scenes some sort of insanity is usually going on -- extras proceed with their bizarre activities as though nothing unusual were happening. People must always fuck in the hallways and waiting rooms of this zany hospital!In addition to the fast paced humor, there's a behind-the-scenes, tongue-in-cheek to things as the director walks onto the set, minor "mistakes" take place during the shooting, etc.The plot is simple. Hospital director Sarah-Jane Hamilton is trying to decide who should head the new surgical wing -- the Germanic, austere surgeon (Ritchie Razor), or the studly, gold chain-wearing surgical heartthrob, Steven St. Croix. Meanwhile in Washington, Surgeon General Tyffany Million sends undercover man Ron Jeremy to check out this suspiciously overly efficient hospital.All of the chaos and competition leads to some splendid sex. A few highlights, of which there are many.Sarah-Jane (lookin' really spectacular) helps Steven and Ritchie take care of bidness with svelte Amber Woods. Amber does some d.p. and luscious asshole-exposing cowgirl humping. St. Croix cums on Amber's ass and Sarah licks it up.Tyffany, who shines in her comedy stints, gets drilled by Ron Jeremy on a desk, and then in her tush on the sofa. But, obviously, there's a lot to be packed into a short space of time, and directors Tyffany and Jean-Pierre do a pretty darn fine job.Retailers prescription: Take liberal dosages of Generally Horny Hospital without delay, and display prominently. Its lighter approach makes it an especially appealing remedy for the couples' market
