The film tells the story of the "Clinique Montretout " (show it all clinic), already used in Les pipes de Madame Saint-Claude (for which the VEF thread disappeared). In that clinic the therapy consists in watching porn movies. This is of course very convenient for Michel Caputo to re-use scenes from other movies like Exigences très spéciales and Plaisirs sodomites pour salopes inassouvies (= Fessées intimes or Delicieuses fessées).
