Overview:

- Options in brothel are now updated as soon as you strip, not the next round
- Reduced the time it takes for the brothel Madam to set up the meeting with Magnus (the deepthroat "instructor")
- Fixed some video links leading to non-existent videos
- The "reasonForOrgasm" bug fixed
