Room No. 34 
There's a story, of sorts: four girls who share an orphanage-style room get fifty cane strokes each for not cleaning out some fluff from under a bed. I feel there should be more plot; but I'm pretty sure that's it. Oh yes, a creepy headmaster digs out the headmaster's stool from the headmaster films and has the four girls strapped to it in turn in a featureless basement. He gets some bloke who we meet for thirty seconds to cane the girls non-stop till their fifty strokes each are up. Though we barely see the dom in action. The tip of his cane blurs rapidly in and out of shot: fifty strokes in a couple of minutes. He processes all the girls in the same way, at the same intensity and clock rate throughout; if this was music, it would be some monotonous dance track with a solitary thudding beat and bugger all else: pick up your handbags and head for the bar.
