However since there are no delegates awarded in Wyoming, winning the state is considered a symbolic victory. A judge in Washington has thrown out a controversial mandate requiring graphic warning images on tobacco products. According to federal Judge Richard Leon, the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act violated the First Amendment. The warnings in question contain some strong pictures, including diseased organs, alongside warnings like ìCigarettes cause fatal lung diseasei. A collection of tobacco companies had sued, saying that the warnings would be expensive and damage their brands.
