When IRS agent, Herbert Klugenheimer (Stephen Savage), goes out on a routine tax investigation of Rhonda Jo Petty�s greatest little cathouse of Las Vegas, he finds himself in a state of shock. What Herbert thought when he started auditing Rhonda�s books was that Rhonda Jo�s place was just a school for the training of interpersonal relationships. Herbert suspects foul play and pursues his audit doggedly, but Rhonda Jo runs a good house and has handled trickier situations.
