adds an example scenario using the built-in modding system as a demonstration of features and capabilities. It is the ‘Severn Valley’ mod that renames the town and locations and alters the feel of some events. Largely style no new events or characters. Uses some alternate models for some characters from the bologna44 mod ‘normalised’
multiple bug fixes, few significant, but many related to the modding system. A small fix for the public nudity laws and other minor fixes
