Michael Jackson_s Neverland Ranch is on the market and it could be yours for a MERE 100 million. The 2700 acre California property has 22 structures on it, including a 12,000 square foot main house. It also has it_s own train system, and a 50 seat movie theater. The amusement park rides that gave Neverland its childlike reputation have been removed, but fear not, the iconic Neverland flower clock has been lovingly restored. Jackson purchased Neverland in 1987 for $19.5 million and moved out in 2005.A Hollywood film producer and real estate developer is building the most expensive property in the world. Situated in L.A.s Bel Air neighborhood, the compound will have a 74,000 sq foot main house, and 3 smaller homes. Some of the features include a 5,000-square-foot master bedroom, a 30-car garage and a Monaco-style casino and nightclub. Construction is expected to take almost 2 years and it will then be put up for sale. The asking price? 500 MILLION dollars. But 500 million is just a drop in the bucket compared to this NEXT project. A new 100 BILLION dollar super city is being built in Saudi Arabia. Construction on the King Abdullah Economic City began 10 years ago and will eventually be home to 2 million people. Saudi Arabia wants the futuristic port city to become the shipping and manufacturing hub for the Red Sea. The project won_t be fully completed until 2035.Finally, you_d expect to find Europe_s tallest building in France or Germany, but it_s actually going to be located in the tiny Swiss village of Vals. Designed by famed architect Thom Mayne, the 1250 ft luxury hotel and spa will use glass paneling to mirror and blend in with the surrounding mountains. The hotel is slated to open in 2019. Right now though, Carli Bei has the news that EVERYONE is talking about including details on a deadly bacteria outbreak in Louisiana. Here she is with a NN Bulletin. A lethal type of bacteria that lives in soil and water has been released from the Tulane National Primate Research Center in Louisiana. Thing is, after weeks of investigating, authorities still aren_t sure HOW the deadly strain was released from the high-security lab. Officials stress there is no risk to the public. Researchers at the lab - located 35 miles north of New Orleans - had been working on a vaccine to combat the bacteria. California border authorities made one of the biggest marijuana busts in US history last week. A truck claiming to be carrying pillows and mattresses was found stashed with 15 tons of pot. Customs and Border Police at the checkpoint ordered the truck into a cargo bay for X-rays and then found the haul. The truck was packed from floor to ceiling with the illicit cargo, which carried an estimated street value close to 20 million dollars. And a sketch broadcast on this weekend_s edition of Saturday Night Live has sparked MAJOR controversy online. It featured host Dakota Johnson playing a young woman being dropped off at the airport by her father, played by Taran Killam. Have a look.Perhaps not too surprisingly, a sketch about a father dropping his daughter off to join ISIS militants didn_t go over too well with the general public. While the studio audience found the bit funny, the Twitterverse was not amused. The ISIS-inspired bit outraged many who feel SNL took things too far. I_m Carli Bei. Don_t go away.

Finally, a great view adds value to any property, but what if that view constantly changed? A Taiwanese industrial designer has developed a spinning apartment building. The critically acclaimed TV series Mad Men finishes this Sunday after 7 seasons. In honor of its flagship show, AMC_s sister channels will pay tribute by going dark during the finale. BBC America, IFC, Sundance TV and WE TV will all air messages referring viewers to AMC and Mad Men. The show has maintained a dedicated following and it will end its run as the number two scripted series on cable right now, just behind HBO_s Game Of Thrones.Another long-running show is wrapping up this year. After 15 seasons, crime drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, is set to go out with a two-hour TV movie event. Airing on September 27th, the film will bring back original cast members William Petersen and Marg Helgenberger. Crime fans can stay calm though, as it_s not the end for the CSI franchise. A spinoff, CSI: Cyber has been given a second season order through to 2017.HBO is giving Amy Schumer her very first Comedy Special. Not only that but the hilarious Chris Rock has signed on to direct Amy in a broadcast to be filmed at the legendary New York Apollo Theater later this month. Amy has been on fire lately, with her Comedy Central series Inside Amy Schumer trending for its biting satire. She_s also starring in the upcoming Judd Apatow comedy Trainwreck due in theaters in July. The HBO special will air later this year.And Netflix has teamed up with the creators of The Matrix for a new sci-fi series called Sense8. Eight strangers are linked together, finding themselves suddenly able to experience each others thoughts and emotions. As they try to to find out what happened to them, they_re relentlessly pursued by a mysterious force intent on destroying them. Have a look. Here she is.Peyton, no one ever wants to see a city destroyed like we_ve seen in Baltimore, but the unrest there DID produce at least one moment of comedy gold. Social Media has blown up with pics and video a Baltimore mom catching her son decked out in all-black and ready to cause some trouble. It looks like she beat him all the way back home, and probably sent him to bed without dinner. We hear he_s been banned from playing video games for a week too. Proof you_re never too old to get a whuppin_ from your mamaThat wasn_t the only odd thing happening in Baltimore this week. While some were out looting and rioting, a Michael Jackson impersonator took to the streets to make his message heard... through the power of song. His name? Dimitri Reeves, and he_s being credited with single-handedly saving parts of Baltimore with his traffic-stopping performances. MJ would be proudNow for something truly terrifying. It_s a video from a base camp at Mount Everest, capturing the moment this week_s devastating earthquake hit Nepal. The vids garnered tens of millions of views on YouTube, and fortunately the guys managed to get out unharmed. Thousands of others weren_t so lucky, and we urge everyone to donate to the Red Cross to help relief efforts.On a much lighter note, Jared Leto_s first photos as the Joker generated all sorts of hilarious memes this week. Fans are split on the Joker_s new look, but I think what REALLY matters is what the ORIGINAL cinematic Joker - Mr. Jack Nicholson - thinks about it. Fortunately this viral video has the answer So... I_m guessing he_s NOT a fan? Okay so full disclosure, that was a scene from 2002_s About Schmidt. But I think it summed up a lot of people_s feelings really well And over on Twitter, one of the most popular trending topics of the week was EuropeanSuperheroes, which was started by Chris Hardwick and the gang from @Midnight. Some of the funniest entries included Italian Spiderman and Italian Batman. Excellent moustaches fellas. It_s a brand new week and we_ve got a lot to get to, so let_s dive right into the headlines Katherine Curtis is standing by with details on a major nuclear breakthrough between the US and India, a new government in Greece, and a historic blizzard headed for the northeastern US. Here she is in the Naked NewsroomThank you Carli. Nearly sixty million people could be affected by a massive blizzard that some are calling the storm of the century New York and Boston will be hit with up to three feet of snow by the end of Tuesday - along with freezing rain and winds reaching 65 miles per hour. Thousands of flights to and from New York, Boston, New Jersey, and Philadelphia have already been cancelled, and people are being asked to avoid commuting and to work from home if possible. The National Weather Service - not normally prone to hyperbole - is warning people of life-threatening, historic conditions.Now to a landmark election in Greece, where the country_s first left-wing government has been voted into office. The Syriza party won nearly 75-percent of votes cast. It_s pledged to renegotiate Greece_s crippling debt and remove rampant austerity measures. Shortly after the win, Syriza leader Alexis Tsipras formed an anti-austerity coalition with the right-wing Greek Independents party. Tsipras told supporters he aims to write off half of the country_s 268 billion dollar debt, but also wants to keep Greece in the EU.US President Barack Obama reached a groundbreaking nuclear deal with India during his visit to New Delhi. He and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi shook hands on a trade agreement that should encourage American companies to build nuclear power stations in India. The deal gives insurance to nuclear suppliers with plants in India in the event of an accident. The move should help open up billions of dollars in nuclear trade. Obama and Modi also reached a ten-year pact on a defense partnership that will see the countries work together on drone production and other military aircraft. I_m Katherine Curtis - don_t go away.
