She is a bit worried and concerned about it, as it's her head and her life, but she's determined to go on. A man plays with her hair and lips for some time, then he starts gently slapping her cheek to "wake her up". The head comes back to life. For some reason she can talk, even if she has no lungs. She is confused, feels pain, doesn't remember anything. She even didn't expect to be still alive, and somehow complains about it, as the contract was unclear. The POV camera keeps questioning her, as he wants to know what she felt when the blade hit, and how was the experience of dying. She doesn't remember much, she doesn't want to talk much about it. She is terrified at the perspective of being just an alive severed head. The man gives her the choice: he can stop the machine and she will die again, this time for real. She agrees, and so she starts feeling more dazed and confused, going weaker, but still speaking. The man keeps questioning her until her stare goes back blank, and she is evidently gone.
