Alice Wonder loves sweets. I introduced her to taro bubbleboba tea and she_s been hooked ever since. I think she chewed over ten gumballs on this particular day. We took these right after our hike pictorial. She had to straighten her hair because she is self-conscious about its naturally frizziness. But just recently, I convinced her to sport it in all of its frizzy glory for photos. You_ll see those eventually. Unless you_re a turd and stop returning for more updates. Don_t be a turd. The background from the balcony pics is Marina Del Rey. She does love California, but has not given into eating seafood or sushi. I_m still working on that one.

Description:
After we were essentially kicked out of the Getty Villa, we jumped on the PCH and headed up towards Santa Monica_s Muscle Beach, which just so happens to be the original Muscle Beach. I think of it as a playground for adults. There are ropes, rings, bars, and beams for all your acrobatic needs. Best of all, the equipment is free to use. Romi and Raylene showed off their flexibility, flashed the camera a few times, and worked up an appetite. I decided to take them out for the best falafel they have never had. The Hungry Pocket in Santa Monica has their falafel ball recipe honed to perfection. Supergrass_ hit, Alright, is the track in the bonus video.

Description:
Kirsten Diatta stays fit. It was immediately apparent that this girl has loads of energy. Her healthy and strong exterior complements her strong character. It is great to hang with a girl that a) can keep up with you on a long hike and b) is not afraid to speak her mind. Personally, I am not a huge fan of the gym. I would rather exert myself outdoors. But experiences like this make me reconsider. Pretty girls getting sweaty in tight clothing definitely adds some appeal.

Description:
I photographed Veronica Lavery before she rocked a glammed-up image. She was a bit more punk, had the funky tattoos, the two-tone hair, and a softer figure. Since then, she has acquired more mainstream attention from appearances in publications like Playboy and LA X-press. Veronica is of Czech descent, and has a tattoo of an ice cream cone over her buttcrack simply because she loves ice cream. The spunky 19-year-old was down to venture into Griffith Park for some of these shots. We had this whole picnic area to ourselves for what seemed to be about an hour. To my amazement, not a soul came by. Or if they did, they just hid in the bushes and watched quietly. Pervs.
