There has long been an urban legend that a nurse pushing a wheelchair appears in Kamiinbu○ at night, and if you encounter her, you will be taken away.
So several schoolchildren break into the school in the middle of the night to test their courage, but then disappear.
One night, a police sergeant (Takayama) working at the local police box is on patrol on his bicycle.
While passing by the school on his patrol, he notices that the gate is open and closes it, but for some reason he is curious and goes into the school building.
He casually checks the locks on the front doors one by one and finds that one of them is open.
With the intrusion of a suspicious person and the missing schoolchildren, he begins to patrol the quiet school building at night.
He shines his light on the place to check, but determines that there is nothing unusual.
Feeling uneasy, he is about to leave when he hears footsteps from the back of the hallway.
He shines his light on the figure and gradually becomes clearer, and as soon as he realizes that it is a nurse, the surroundings change completely and Takayama is drawn into another world.
Confused and scared, Takayama wisely urges the nurse to stop, but she doesn't respond, so he has no choice but to take his gun and fire at her.
However, unable to bear the fact that the nurse doesn't budge, Takayama panics and runs away from the scene.
He runs down the long corridor lined with hospital rooms, but decides he's getting nowhere, so he tries to get out through the window and jumps into one room, but the window has iron bars. With nowhere
to run, he hides under the bed and tries to get away, but is found.
The nurse then instills fear and pleasure in Takayama in an attempt to satisfy her pent-up sexual desire.
Takayama is captivated by the somewhat seductive nurse and becomes immersed in pleasure.
