Android: Add check to see if choices import is an empty file, and then give a warning that tells the user so (rather than some vague encoding error).

Fixes two texture seams in day two night scene
Fixes continue-with-choices warning message about being locked out of BOTH Coven and Brooke even when you're only locked out of one of them.
Removes default starting at full screen to prevent issues with some ultra-wide/high res monitor (PC/Mac/Linux).

Quick note on carrying the choices from the previous chapter over to season 2. You need to have finished season 1 using version 1.0.0 or better if you're on PC, Linux, or Mac, or version 1.0.1 or better if you're on Android. In the new game, select to start season 2, then follow on-screen instructions to continue playing using your previous choices.
