Luz and Ivan are both 23 years old, married, and are nurses at a hospital just across the border in Tijuana. They were up in Palm Springs for the weekend and came by on Sunday before they had to get back to work that night. Since they checked out of their hotel before they came to the pool, they had their scrubs with them. It worked out perfect. Luz's English is pretty good, but she is shy and has a little bit of a hard time understanding when I talk too fast. Fortunately Ivan speaks great English an was able to translate for her.
