Dressed in Pl@yboy gear, AJ tells us this is what she loves. "Modeling is my number one passion- it's always allowed me to be creative and free," she begins, "My other passion is fitness. It makes me feel so confident and accomplished." And naturally, AJ loves to share that passion with her online following. "I started my own workout programs to help others feel good and reach their fitness goals," she smiles. AJ has always been active throughout her life, and now as a mom of three, she finds it even more rewarding. "I was a dancer and cheerleader until I was about 20. I've always been very outgoing and bubbly, so my personality fit right in," she says. "What am I most proud of? Becoming a mother is one of the best blessings I could have been given- it's definitely not easy, but I wouldn't change it for anything!"
