Mr. Schmidinger, a Bavarian from Texas, inherits a hotel from his Heidelberg stepbrother. He flies to Germany, where his luggage and savings are stolen, and after an adventurous hunt for the suitcase, he finally ends up in his hotel. He rents a room incognito and soon realizes that he is in a brothel, in a whorehouse, even in a castle, as the unfriendly porter, this brothel mother, likes to put it.
