Dr. Cupcakes has become the obsession of Ultra Girl, and he's starting to find her stalking behavior a bit unsettling. One day, she once again tracks him down at his hideout, determined to deliver "justice".
However, Dr. Cupcakes is too busy to entertain her antics. He quickly captures and restrains her in a tight bondage position, ballgagging her and tightening her crotchrope. He leaves her there, locked up and helpless.
Soon after, the cakemobile pulls up outside the house. Dr. Cupcakes emerges with a bound and gagged Ultra Girl on a rope leash, wearing nothing but her boots. He ties the leash to a fence post along the side of the road, leaving her vulnerable and exposed.
Her power belt hangs on the fence next to her, just out of reach. It will take a while for someone to find her, but when they do, they won't hesitate to take advantage of the helpless superheroine.
