Hailey Rose is in the midst of restoring her grandmother's long-abandoned biker bar, a task set back 10 years, with her friend Xwife Karen lending a hand. Yet their efforts swiftly spiral into chaos. Unbeknownst to them, a box amongst the clutter harbors an alien parasite worm. As Hailey lifts the box, the worm escapes, stealthily ascending her legs and making its way into her most intimate space.
The invasion of her body triggers violent spasms as Hailey succumbs to the parasite's influence. Her transformation is ghastly, marked by uncontrollable tremors and the emission of a clear fluid from her mouth and genitalia. Witnessing this, Karen is thrown into panic. Her frantic attempts to call for emergency services are thwarted by a lack of signal, leaving her to face the ordeal alone. Hailey's seizure eventually ceases, prompting Karen to administer CPR.
In a sudden, shocking turn, Hailey, now under the parasite's sway, grasps Karen's head, transferring the infectious agent to her friend. Both women, now hosts to the alien creature, become slaves to their carnal desires, exuding a transparent secretion from their bodies. The first to be transformed, Hailey takes the lead, plunging her tongue into Karen's eager and waiting folds.
Karen, initially overwhelmed by fear, becomes the more aroused of the two, vocalizing her pleasure with primal growls and moans as she's pleasured.
