There's a common misconception that sequels are always worse than the original, but that's not the case here. Our split films are a testament to the complete and utter work of art that is torture. In this particular installment, the torment inflicted upon the slave is enough to make anyone's blood run cold. The cruel and sadistic Mistress Marielle Heylon continues her brutal work, pushing needles into the slave's scrotum with a merciless precision. The slave's body resembles a pincushion, punctured and penetrated by countless needles. Yet, it's when Lady Mariella Heylon connects the needles in the slave's nipples to the ones in his scrotum that his will to endure seems to finally shatter.
As the slave's consciousness fades, Mistress Marielle Heylon continues her heartless work, removing each and every needle from his battered body. The slave's body now bears the red, slowly drying spots - a testament to his suffering. Through it all, she remains a beast, coldly and emotionlessly inflicting pain and torment.
