Regret Island – Version 0.2.5.0

Regret Island is a non-linear horror RPG hentai game with dating sim and visual novel elements.
It offers multiple routes and different ways to solve problems.
Characters can die permanently or descend into madness.
Players must manage both their own and others’ Lust & Insanity levels.
Plot: A family and their friends embark on an overseas trip, deciding to stop for a day on a seemingly deserted island.

– Movement changed from 1 tile to pixel movement:
This gives you much more freedom of movement and precision for actions. But, if you use a mouse to move, then you’ll still move 1 tile at a time without any diagonal movement. We made sure the game defaults to pixel movement when you use the keyboard/joystick.

– Kate’s sprites now have 6 frames instead of 3.
– Kate now moves diagonally in all 8 directions.
– We added walking and idle animations: the running animation will come next week, for now she “walks fast”.
– Kate moves faster: I took inspiration from final fantasy 6. So visiting the farm and other places around the island is more enjoyable.
– The chest in the farm’s toolshed now animates when you open it.
– Glenn’s relationship shows his relationship towards Chris on the board.
– if you exited the manor through the dining room/basement when you completed the hedge maze you’d be stuck in place.
– if you exited the gallery via amulet, you had to choose gallery twice to be able to revisit it.
– colors to Amy’s event in her character quest “My brother’s girlfriend”.
– Dash night visit – Intro scene 1: you can visit Dash in Leroy’s basement at night to watch the first intro scene.
– stone resources now spawn on the beach every day.
– faces to Leroy messages when you try to enter his basement.
– faces to Kate messages when the manor basement reopens.
– a new type of in-battle skill: “Special”: here you can find skills like investigate and steal (for now).
– a new skill: “Investigate” and its animation: you can use this skill in battle to gather information from enemies.
