Except for the new content, there are a few improvements to the UI.
Event-list is more granular. The player can now choose to see all events for each different main character, or each different location.
When events are described in hints etc. it now says recommended corruption level etc.
It also says which the "first" event in that "event-line" is. This will hopefully make the hints more valuable.
A new tutorial is introduced. It is shown in the beginning and available at all times in the menu to the left.
There, the gameplay is explained in detail.
The dance floor mini-scene fiesta is presented in a slightly different way.
Now, there is a starting screen, where the player can get an overview of all seen/unseen scenes before heading to the dance floor.
