The Sadist spits in elihu's mouth as he struggles for air, and She presses Her sole into his face. Mistress Trish lets the slave breathe and stands with Her full weight on his upper arms, making him cry in pain. Trish then sits down on elihu's belly, rests Her foot and his face, and pinches and twists his nipple to remind him She can always make things worse.
