In a scientific laboratory hidden in an undisclosed location, Dr Lucy Mochi is placed in charge with researching an extraterrestrial creature. Sealed within an operation box, Lucy probes the creature, collecting samples and conducting experiments on the life form to better understand its biology.

After Lucy mistakenly exposes the creature to a large dosage of toxic chemicals, it begins to evolve. The life form expands in size, shattering the operation box and cocooning itself. When Lucy enters the lab, unexpectedly encountering the cocoon, she screams as multiple tentacles break from the cocoon's surface and drag her into its slimy chamber.

Imprisoning Lucy within its cocoon, the creature begins to experiment on her with its own methods, probing the poor woman, ripping into her clothes and exposing her to its fluids. The more Lucy is subjected to these intense experiments, the more she begins to lose control of her body and mind.
