You are 'the Scythian', a hero of an immortal race of demi-gods known as the Tuatha De Danann.
Fighting in the final great battle for the fate of his people, the Scythian suddenly finds himself in a wild land
of warring kingdoms and beautiful, fiery women. Where is he? And why he is he being pursued by a relentless evil with no name?
Will you raise your fabled sword in the name of your people, or will you give into the shadowy impulses that dwell inside your heart?
Based on the tales and characters of Irish and Welsh mythology, Heroes of Celtica is a story-rich and choice-based visual novel adventure.
Play the Scythian (name selectable) through four storylines as either a heroic champion, a rougish bard,
an indomitable warlord or a scheming druid! With 'DARK DRUID', the druid storyline will be prioritized until completed.

Updates include the following:
- The story line with 'Bran the Blessed' continues, whether you chose to go with Clio or Caz-Cora (two variant paths).
- Aideen's story line continues with the option to 'Head north to the Temple of Balor' now available.
- Saivah's story line continues - there are variant scenes depending on Saivah's corruption levels
(so you may want to use a save game to increase or decrease her corruption from the time you meet her).
There are 7 new sex scenes in this update.
STORY
Although the Scythian is an original character, the plot of Heroes of Celtica will cover Celtic tales from the Irish Mythological Cycle,
the Ulster Cycle, the Fenian Cycle and also the Four Branches of the Welsh Mabinogi. However, if you have no knowledge of any
of these ancient Celtic tales, it won't make any difference, as the game does not assume the player has any prior knowledge.
Do not expect any forest pixies or little men with green hats - these are the ancient legends that are filled with duels, cattle raids,
feasting, druids, bards and gods. Recorded mainly by Irish monks in the high middle ages, they are based on much older bardic
sources dated to at least 700 AD and are set in a fictional Irish golden age from about 100 BC to 300 AD.
