***By Special Request*** I was working out but got incredibly light headed and dizzy. Next thing I know, I_m waking up with my friend Mysti over top of me. Everything is blurry. I have no idea what happened.
Mysti comes in to see me laying on the ground. She rushes over to me and moves my arms out of the way, listens for a pulse. She can_t find one. She starts to panic, thrusting into my chest with her hands clasped together and administering mouth to mouth. Once she gets a rhythm down, she moves back and forth between mouth to mouth and chest compressions. Mysti lifts up my work out bra to even better reach my chest. Compressions come hard. She blows even harder, filling my lungs with her air, but it quickly escapes me. She straddles over me and tries some stomach compressions, leaning over me to give me mouth to mouth. Her resuscitation efforts finally work as I come to, groggy and very dizzy. ..August 13th 2014
