Friends, enemies, acquaintances, and family of porn star John Holmes reminisce about him, from childhood to death.
The film discusses the creation of the "Johnny Wadd" film series under the direction of Bob Chinn, explores Holmes' romantic relationships with his first wife, Sharon, and his second wife, anal-queen porn actress Misty Dawn, and mentions his sexual abuse of underage girl Dawn Schiller. Finally, it explores the Wonderland Avenue massacre, Holmes's work in a gay film, and his death from AIDS in 1988.
